In-Office appointments are available Monday through Friday 8:30am-4pm

HOURS OF OPERATION:

MONDAY - FRIDAY 

8:30 am - 5:00 pm

If you require an OBSERVED Urine drug test please call first to confirm a same-sex observer is available

*Any test requested outside of these hours will have an After-Hours fee of $100 in addition to the cost of the test *

ProResults does NOT provide refunds on any testing services.  If you have questions, please ask before purchasing a test. 

All Payments are Due at Time of Service.

Cash, Credit, or Debit cards. 

If paying with a credit or debit card there is a 3% convenience. fee.
